Week 3 Challenge Assignments

Complete for 25+ points:

  • Revise Your Inviting Scripts. (5 points) Look at your scripts you created last week and make changes based on what you learned. Tip: Make it about them and helping with their needs and ask for openness before giving details of a class.

  • Teach a Foundational Wellness Class. (10 points) We have the Powerpoint and Script for you to have a successful class HERE. Use it to teach a class this week. If you don't have guests coming to your class this week, practice by teaching your spouse, family member or friend.

  • Schedule 2 Hosts. (5 points) Ask 2 people to host for you. This could be a standalone class, you could combine the hosts to one class, or they could host at our weekly Wednesday class. A Host means that they bring 3-5 people to a class.

  • Coach Your Hosts. (5 points) Use THIS GUIDE to coach your hosts effectively. When you give clear expectations and information, both your and your host will have a successful class.

  • Invite 5 people to an upcoming event/class or one-on-one. (1 point/invite)

Dani will be teaching a zoom class each Wednesday @7pm on zoom. You can always invite to this event. Here's the registration link: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/Bh77z2K5RDCL42ieJtYDuA

FAQs

What if I have less than 5 connections, do I still get points?

In order to earn connection points, you need to have a minimum of 5 connections per week. If only 3 people showed up to your class, don't worry, schedule 2 one-on-ones or send 2 funnels. If you have MORE than 5, you can earn 1 point per connection.

Does reactivating an inactive member count as an enrollment?

No. In order to keep things simple, only new enrollments will count.

Do I get extra points for contacting or following up with more than two people per day?

No. You get a maximum of two points per activity per day. This is to encourage you to actively build your business every day. However, don't hold back...the more people you contact per day, the faster your business will grow!

What is considered a Personal Enrollment in the Challenge?

An enrollment is a personal enrollment when you are the Enrolling Sponsor. doTERRA allows you to give Enrollership away to someone in your downline. However, for the purposes of this challenge, you must remain the enroller for the duration of the challenge to count the points. Also, for an enrollment to count for points, it must be 100+PV.

Do I earn points if my enrollment is under 100pv?

No, you will not earn enrollment points for under 100pv enrollments. We want you to work on getting your enrollment volume increased to qualify for other doTERRA rewards and incentives. However, get this new enrollment on LRP to earn those points.

When does the week start and end?

As cool as we think the Success Challenge is, we cannot change when the week actually begins and ends. :) We encourage you to keep track of your points earned from Monday to Sunday. Points need to be submitted by Sunday night at 10pm MT.

What is considered a contact?

A contact is someone new who is not already on your names list. This could be someone you are wanting to build a friendship with or someone you're already friends with but want to start having doTERRA conversations with. These could be people you meet at the store, on social media, at a networking group, a referral from a friend, etc.

Do you have any book suggestions for Personal Development?

Yes! We have a whole list of suggestions for you based on rank and topics. Find this resource here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JBDPtm0kSCaAx14BlDCXFZDUX4uo56a8/view?usp=drive_link

What is Onboarding?

Onboarding is helping a new enrollment understand their doTERRA membership benefits. Onboarding may look different for each person. You may schedule a wellness consult, help them set up their LRP, have them join or participate in your continuing education classes, you could have an email/text drip with information, etc. You get points for EACH new enrollment you onboard. If the enrollment was a mont or two ago, but you haven't onboarded them yet, do it now to get your points. If you've done the onboarding previously but they're just now getting back with you or attending your continuing ed classes, you will not receive points.
